A 35-day money-back guarantee.

Recovery work is personal. If Condri isn't the right fit for you, we'll give you your money back. No hoops, no hard feelings.

The promise

We want you to try Condri properly: to actually use the exercises, track how you're feeling, and see whether it helps. That takes more than a day or two, so we give you a full 35 days.

If, within those 35 days, you decide Condri isn't for you, contact us and we'll refund your subscription in full. You don't need to prove anything or justify your decision. "It's not working for me" is reason enough.

Requesting a refund

Email us

Write to hello@condri.app from the email on your account, within 35 days of your purchase. A short note is all we need. You don't have to explain yourself.

We confirm

We'll reply within 48 hours to confirm your request and let you know the refund is on its way.

You're refunded

The refund is processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or app store, it can take a few days to appear.

Good to know

  • The guarantee covers your first 35 days from purchase. After that, you can still cancel any time to stop future charges. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
  • Subscriptions bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to those stores' own refund processes. If you bought through a store, we're happy to help you request a refund there, or you can contact the store directly.
