- Deletion from active systems: Once deleted, your account and personal information will be removed from active systems and cannot be recovered through the app
- Backups: As part of responsible data stewardship, we maintain secure backups for continuity, security, and disaster recovery. Deleted personal information may remain in encrypted backups until those backups expire or are overwritten, but we do not use backup copies for ordinary product, analytics, or research purposes
- Subscription data: Your subscription will be cancelled, but any active subscriptions managed through Apple or Google will need to be cancelled separately through their respective stores

How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- Provide and improve our Services
- Deliver personalized content and features
- Process subscriptions and payments
- Communicate with you about your account and our services
- Ensure security and prevent fraud
- Comply with legal obligations
- Create anonymised information and aggregated information for research, product development, safety monitoring, and improving Condri for everyone
We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Anonymised Data for Research and Improvement
We may use information generated through your use of Condri, including health entries, exercise responses, check-ins, journal entries, and usage data, to create anonymised information and aggregated information.
Anonymised information does not have to be aggregated. Where effective anonymisation is possible, we may use non-aggregate anonymised information for research, analysis, product development, safety monitoring, and improving Condri for everyone. This helps us understand what people find useful, where people get stuck, and how the app can work better.
If information can still reasonably be linked back to you, including by using additional information we hold separately, we treat it as personal information. We do not use linkable information as anonymous research data.
We may retain anonymised information, including non-aggregate anonymised information where appropriate, and aggregated information after account deletion because it no longer identifies you and cannot reasonably be linked back to you.
Data Security
We take the security of your data seriously:
- All data is encrypted in transit using TLS
- Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256
- We use secure, industry-standard hosting infrastructure
- Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel only
- We maintain encrypted backups as part of good data stewardship, so we can recover from technical failures, security incidents, or accidental data loss
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. When you delete your account, we will delete your personal information from active systems within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements (such as obligations to retain certain data for legal, tax, or regulatory purposes).
Deleted personal information may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period until those backups expire or are overwritten. Backup copies are kept for continuity and recovery purposes only. They are not used for ordinary app operation, product analytics, research, or marketing.
