Refunds for the Condri Group Coaching Programme.
A coaching place is a one-off payment, and there's no start date when you buy. You join a list, and we put you in a group when there's one for you. Until that happens your money is returnable on request.
While you're waiting
Full refund, any time.
There's no start date when you buy. Until we put you in a group, your money is returnable on request, for any reason or none, however long the wait turns out to be. You aren't required to accept a group we offer you.
Before your second session
Still a full refund.
Sit in one session before you decide. Tell us any time before the second session is due and we refund you in full.
After that
No refund, and you keep your place.
Your seat was held and the group was capped. Missing sessions doesn't reduce the fee, and it doesn't end your place: the remaining weeks are still yours.

- Your statutory right comes first
- In the UK and EU you have 14 days from purchase to cancel for any reason. If sessions have already run at your request, we may deduct a proportionate amount for what was delivered. Nothing on this page reduces that, and in most cases the rule above is more generous, because it doesn't expire while you're waiting.
- If we cancel, or never place you
- If a group doesn't run, or we can't reschedule a session we cancelled, we refund the part you didn't receive. If we decide we can't put you in a suitable group, we tell you and refund you in full rather than leave you waiting.
- If we decline your place
- Before your group starts we ask you some questions about what you're dealing with. If your answers show group coaching is not the right form of support for you, we refund you in full rather than enrol you anyway.
- If the group or the leader changes
- If we move a programme to a day or time you can't make, or the person named as leading it when you paid is replaced, you may cancel and we refund you for the sessions you haven't yet received. That applies whenever the change happens, including after the window above has closed.
- The Condri Guarantee doesn't apply
- The guarantee is a goodwill programme for app subscriptions bought through the quiz. A coaching place is not an eligible subscription.
How to ask
Email hello@condri.app from the address you paid with, and say you want a refund. You don't need an app account or a User ID.
We'll ask what didn't work, so we can improve it for the next group.
We refund to the card you paid with, within 14 days of accepting the request. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.
Programme prices are charged in pounds sterling in the UK, euros in the EU and US dollars everywhere else, and a refund is made in the currency you paid. If your card is in another currency your bank sets the exchange rate, so the amount returned can differ slightly from the amount taken.
