Condri Ltd Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: June 2026
Welcome to Condri. We’re a health & wellness company focused on providing support for health anxiety through practical, accessible tools. Our goal is to help people navigate health anxiety by giving them tools that help them manage their health anxiety. Condri is not intended as a substitute for professional care, but rather as a toolkit that can be used alongside any such care.
Condri Ltd from this point on “Condri,” “we,” “our,” or “us” operates the Condri app, associated websites, and all related services and support materials (collectively, the “Services”). We can be reached for support, legal notices, regulatory issues or questions at:
We care about transparency, responsibility, and building something that makes a meaningful difference in people’s lives. That begins here, by helping you understand exactly who we are and what we offer.
1. What You’re Signing Up For
1.1 Products and Services
Condri provides digital tools designed to support individuals living with health anxiety. Our products include, without limitation, educational content, guided exercises, self-reflection prompts, assessment tools, and features that incorporate techniques from established anxiety treatment approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and exposure-based strategies.
Our services include access to both free and paid functionality within the Condri app, personalization of daily tasks and guidance, and integration of self-help routines. We also run live group coaching programmes, which are sold separately from the app and are covered by section 2A. All services are intended for general wellness and personal insight only. Condri does not provide psychotherapy, medical care, or professional mental health services. Our app is not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or individualized therapy with a qualified healthcare provider.
You understand and agree that the services offered through Condri are not clinical care and are not supervised by licensed therapists. We recommend that the app be used as a companion alongside, not instead of, professional support, wherever possible.
1.2 General Rules for Use or Access
(a) By downloading the Condri app, creating an account, using the free trial or paid versions of the service, or otherwise interacting with our content, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. In some cases, you may be asked to explicitly agree (e.g., tapping “I agree” before a subscription purchase). If you do not or cannot agree, you should not use the Services.
(b) These Terms, along with any purchase confirmation issued by Apple/Google or another approved marketplace, form the entire agreement between you and Condri regarding your use of our Services. In specific cases, we may present additional terms (such as feature-specific terms or country-specific notices). Where additional terms apply, they are incorporated into these Terms and will take precedence if there is a conflict.
(c) Please ensure your device, operating system, and internet connection meet the minimum technical requirements before using Condri. You are responsible for any mobile data or connectivity charges incurred while using the Services.
1.3 Changes to Terms
Condri reserves the right to change or update these Terms, or any other of our policies or practices, at any time. If a change to these Terms materially modifies your rights or obligations, we may notify you and require that you accept the modified Terms in order to continue to use the Products or Services. We may notify you of such changes via pop-up or push notifications within the Products or via email. If you continue to use the Products or Services after modification, you agree to abide by the modified Terms.
2. Joining the Condri Community
2.1 Creating an Account
To use Condri, you must create a personal account via our Condri app. When signing up, you’ll be asked to provide some basic information, such as your name, email address, date of birth, and a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any actions taken using your account.
Each user may register only one account. You may not share, transfer, or sell your account to anyone else.
By creating an account, you confirm that:
- You are legally allowed to enter into a binding contract under your local laws
- The information you provide is accurate and up-to-date
- You will update your information if it changes
- Your use of the Services does not violate these Terms or any applicable laws
Some features of Condri may only be available after subscription or completing onboarding.
2.2 Age Requirements
Condri is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
- If you are 13 to 17 years old, you may only use Condri’s self-guided tools with the supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or licensed mental health professional. By using the Services in this age group, you confirm that such supervision is in place.
- Children under 13 years old are not permitted to use Condri under any circumstances.
Community access is restricted to users 18 years of age or older, regardless of guardian supervision. Users aged 13 to 17 may use Condri’s self-guided tools with appropriate supervision but may not access, post in, or view the community features.
If we learn that an account has been created by someone under 13, or without appropriate consent in the 13–17 range, we will terminate the account and remove any related data.
2.3 Subscriptions & Purchases
(a) Free Trials
You may have access to a free trial period of certain paid features (“Free Trial”). Each user is allowed only one Free Trial per subscription tier, unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to determine your eligibility for a Free Trial at our discretion.
Free Trials automatically convert into a paid monthly, quarterly or annual subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may disable automatic renewal at any time in accordance with the platform’s subscription settings.
(b) Automatically Renewing Subscriptions
Paid features are made available through a recurring subscription (“Subscription”). Subscription terms may be monthly, quarterly or annual. By activating a Subscription, you authorize the platform (via RevenueCat) to charge all applicable fees and taxes at the beginning of each renewal period.
Unless cancelled, your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time, and your Subscription will remain active until the end of the current term.
(c) Subscription Cancellation
You are responsible for cancelling your Subscription before it renews. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, and cancelling a Subscription does not retroactively affect charges already incurred.
(d) Refunds and Withdrawal Rights
For Subscriptions bought directly from Condri on the web, refunds are handled in accordance with our published refund policy, which currently provides a 35-day refund window from the date of purchase.
For Subscriptions bought through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or another third-party platform, we do not issue refunds directly. Those purchases are subject to the payment and refund policies of the platform through which you purchased your Subscription.
If you reside in the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days unless you began using the paid features during that time. In such cases, the right of withdrawal may be lost once access to paid services begins.
(e) The Condri Guarantee
Separately from, and in addition to, the refund and withdrawal rights described above, we operate a goodwill programme called the Condri Guarantee for Subscriptions bought through the quiz on our website (“Eligible Subscriptions”). Under the Guarantee, if you (i) complete the full Condri programme — all lessons, use of the panic button, and your first 30-day pledge, as recorded in your Condri account — and (ii) your health anxiety has not improved, you may request a feedback call with a member of the Condri team. Following that call, we will make you a goodwill payment calculated from the subscription fees you have actually paid to Condri for your Eligible Subscription at the time of your request, and not exceeding that amount.
The Guarantee payment is a voluntary goodwill payment and is not a refund of your purchase, nor an admission of any defect in the Services. The Guarantee may be used once per person, applies only to Eligible Subscriptions, and is conditional on completion of the programme and the feedback call as described on our Guarantee page. The Guarantee does not limit, replace, or otherwise affect any statutory rights you may have, including the withdrawal rights described in section (d). We may amend or withdraw the Guarantee for future purchases at any time; any change will not affect a purchase made while the Guarantee was offered.
(f) Pricing and Changes
We reserve the right to change pricing for Subscriptions at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance, and you will have the opportunity to cancel before any such change takes effect. Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
(g) Additional Limitations
Subscriptions are non-transferable and for personal, non-commercial use only. We do not currently support group plans, employer-sponsored access, bundles, or gift subscriptions.
(h) Taxes
All prices are shown in your local currency and include VAT where applicable.
2A. Coaching Programmes
This section covers the Condri Group Coaching Programme and any other live group coaching programme we run (a “Programme”). It applies in addition to the rest of these Terms. Where this section and another part of these Terms disagree about a Programme, this section wins.
A Programme is a separate purchase from a Condri subscription. Buying one gives you no access to the other, and cancelling one does not cancel the other.
2A.1 What a Programme Is, and Is Not
A Programme is live group coaching delivered online over a fixed number of weekly sessions, to a group.
There is no start date when you buy. Buying a place puts you on a list. We form a group when enough suitable people are on that list, and only then do you receive dates. We cannot promise in advance how long that will take. Where we tell you what we currently expect, that is an expectation and not a commitment: it does not become a start date, and a group that takes longer to form is not a breach of these terms. Section 2A.7 sets out your right to a refund for as long as you are waiting.
It is coaching. It is not therapy, psychological treatment, medical care, or a diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for any of those. A Programme may be designed or led by a qualified, registered practitioner, and it may be built on the same principles used in clinical treatment, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). That does not make it treatment. No clinician-patient relationship is created between you and anyone delivering a Programme, and nothing said in a session is a clinical opinion about you.
A Programme is not crisis support, and it is not monitored between sessions. If you need urgent help, contact your GP, your local emergency services, or a crisis line. See our Crisis Support page.
If you are currently having therapy or medical treatment, a Programme can run alongside it. We are not able to coordinate with, advise, or take instruction from your clinicians.
2A.2 Who Can Enrol
Programmes are for adults aged 18 or over. The age exception in section 2.2 for supervised 13 to 17 year olds does not apply to Programmes.
Paying is your agreement to take part on this basis. Accepting these Terms when you pay confirms, in your own act rather than by implication, that you understand and accept:
- that a Programme is coaching and not therapy, treatment, or a diagnosis, as set out in section 2A.1
- the group confidentiality agreement in section 2A.5, which binds you as well as everyone else
- the rule against recording, transcribing, or using automated notetakers in section 2A.4
- that a Programme is not crisis support and is not monitored between sessions
- how we handle what you tell us, as set out in section 7B of our Privacy Policy
Before a Programme starts we will ask you some questions, by email: what you are dealing with and what you have already tried, so we can check that group coaching is an appropriate form of support for you and plan the sessions. We may also ask for an emergency contact, and whether you are currently under the care of a GP or a mental health professional. You choose what to give us. Answering is a condition of taking part: if you would rather not, tell us and we will refund you in full.
We may decline your place. If we do, whether because of what you tell us or because a Programme is not the right form of support for you, we refund you in full, and we will say so rather than let you enrol anyway. This applies whenever we decline, including part-way through a Programme, and it is not limited by the refund window in section 2A.7(b).
Deciding that group coaching is not the right format for you is not a diagnosis, a clinical assessment, or a judgement about you, and we will not tell you what we think you need instead. If we think you should speak to a professional, we will say so plainly and point you at our Crisis Support page, which is not the same thing as advising you.
2A.3 Your Place
A place is for one named person. It is personal to you and you may not transfer, share, resell, or gift it.
Buying does not reserve a seat in a particular group. It buys your place on the list and your place in the next group we can properly put you in.
Where a Programme is advertised at a founding or introductory rate limited to a number of uses, that limit is applied at checkout: once it is reached the rate is no longer available, and you are shown the standard price before you pay rather than after.
2A.4 Sessions
Sessions are live and delivered over Zoom. You will need a device with an internet connection, and a place to take the call where you are able to speak.
Sessions are not recorded by us. You may not record, photograph, screenshot, stream, or transcribe any part of a session, and you may not use an automated notetaker or AI assistant in a session. Everyone in the room has to be able to speak on the understanding that it is not being captured.
Once you are assigned to a group you will be given its dates, times, and time zone before it begins. We may change the day, time, or running order of sessions, or the person leading them. We will tell you as far in advance as we can.
If we move a Programme to a day or time you cannot make, or the person named as leading it when you paid is replaced, you may cancel and we will refund you in full for the sessions you have not yet received. That right applies whenever the change happens, including after the refund window in section 2A.7(b) has closed. You did not buy a different programme at a different time from a different person.
If we have to cancel a session outright, we will either reschedule it or extend the Programme so you receive the number of sessions you paid for.
2A.5 The Group, and What You Share in It
A Programme is a group. The other people in it are participants, not staff, and they are not bound by professional confidentiality. We require every participant to keep what is said in sessions inside the group, and we can remove someone who does not, but we cannot guarantee it, and we are not liable for what another participant repeats.
Treat a session as a room of people you do not control. Share what you are willing to have heard.
You agree not to identify, quote, or describe another participant outside the group, and not to share the contact details of anyone in it. Nothing another participant says to you is medical advice, and you should not act on it as if it were.
2A.6 Showing Up
Sessions run to a published schedule. If you miss one, you keep your place and the next session is still yours. We do not guarantee catch-up sessions, one-to-one replacements, or a recording of what you missed, and missing sessions does not extend the Programme, reduce the fee, or create a refund. Section 2A.7 sets out when a refund is available.
2A.7 Cancellation, Refunds, and Your Statutory Rights
(a) Your statutory right to cancel. If you are a consumer in the UK, the EU, or another jurisdiction with equivalent protections, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel for any reason. If the Programme has not started, you get a full refund. If you asked us to begin supplying it inside those 14 days and sessions have already run, we may deduct a proportionate amount for what has been delivered. To use this right, email hello@condri.app and say you are cancelling. You do not have to give a reason.
(b) Our policy, which is more generous. Separately from (a), and whether or not the 14 days have passed:
- While you are waiting for a group: cancel at any time for a full refund, for any reason or none. This right does not expire, however long the wait is. You are not required to accept a group you are offered.
- Once your group has started, up to your second session: if it is not for you, tell us before the second session is due and we will refund you in full.
- After that: we do not refund the remainder of a Programme. You keep your place for the rest of the sessions.
Because there is no start date when you buy, the first of these is the one that matters most: for as long as we have not placed you in a group, your money is returnable on request.
(c) If we cancel, or never place you. If we cancel a Programme before it starts, or cannot run it at all, you get a full refund. If we cancel part-way through and cannot reschedule, you get a refund covering the sessions not delivered.
If we conclude we cannot place you in a suitable group, we will tell you and refund you in full rather than leave you waiting indefinitely.
(d) If we remove you. We may remove you from a Programme for a serious or repeated breach of these Terms or of section 2A.5, including recording a session or disclosing what another participant shared. No refund is due in that case. This does not affect any statutory right you have.
(e) How to ask. Email hello@condri.app from the address you paid with. You do not need an app account or a User ID. We refund to the card you paid with, within 14 days of accepting the request. Our Group Coaching Refund Policy sets out the same rules.
(f) The Condri Guarantee does not apply. The Guarantee described in section 2.3(e) is a goodwill programme for app subscriptions bought through the quiz on our website. It does not apply to Programmes, and a Programme is not an Eligible Subscription.
2A.8 Price and Payment
A Programme is a one-off payment, not a subscription. Nothing renews and nothing is charged again.
Payment is taken up front through Stripe. Where a discount, founding rate, or promotional code is advertised, we apply it for you at checkout. You do not have to enter a code to receive an advertised rate.
Programme prices are shown and charged in pounds sterling in the United Kingdom, in euros in the European Union, and in US dollars everywhere else, which is an exception to section 2.3(h) outside the UK and the EU. We set the currency from where you are when you visit, and checkout charges the price you were shown. If your card is in a different currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and may add its own fee, and a refund is made in the currency you paid, so the amount returned to your account can differ slightly from the amount taken. Prices include UK VAT where it applies.
2A.9 Materials
Workbooks, slides, exercises, and anything else we give you during a Programme are licensed to you for your own personal use. You may keep them. You may not copy, publish, resell, or share them, or use them to run anything of your own.
3. Canceling Membership
3.1 Termination by Condri
Condri reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any part of our app, content, or services if we determine that you’ve violated these Terms, for example, by copying, downloading, or recording content without permission. This action may be taken immediately and without prior notice. If your account is terminated, you may be eligible for a partial refund of any prepaid subscription fees based on the remaining term.
3.2 Cancellation by You
(a) You can cancel your subscription at any time. Monthly subscriptions will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and the same applies to annual subscriptions and quarterly subscriptions. To cancel, please reach out via email at hello@condri.app or use the account settings within the app.
(b) If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, you’ll need to manage your subscription via your Apple ID settings by navigating to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. For Google Play Store purchases, open the Play Store app and manage subscriptions under Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions. Subscription cancellations and renewals handled through Apple or Google are also subject to their respective terms and policies.
4. Prohibited Use of the Products and Services
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers connected to the Services
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Services without permission
- Share your account credentials with others
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is harmful, offensive, or violates others’ rights
In the community specifically, you also agree not to:
- Harass, bully, threaten, or target any other user
- Post personal or identifying information about yourself or others (full name, address, employer, photo, contact details, names of clinicians or family members)
- Offer medical or diagnostic advice, recommend or discourage specific medications or treatments, or promote unproven cures
- Post graphic descriptions of self-harm or suicide methods, or encourage others to act on self-harm urges
- Solicit offline contact with other users, or, if you are a clinician, solicit clients
- Misuse the reporting tool (for example, mass-reporting posts you simply disagree with)
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Condri app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are the property of Condri Ltd or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services without our prior written consent.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or submit through the Services (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Condri a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, display, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting our Services, including displaying User Content to other users where you have posted it into community features.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to grant us the license described above. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
We may use information generated through your use of the Services, including User Content, exercise responses, check-ins, and usage data, to create anonymised information and aggregated information. Anonymised information may include non-aggregate information where effective anonymisation is possible and you cannot reasonably be identified from it. We may use that information for research, analysis, product development, safety monitoring, and improving Condri for everyone. This does not give us ownership of your User Content.
We will not publish or share your identifiable User Content for research or promotional purposes without your consent. If information can still reasonably be linked back to you, we treat it as personal information under our Privacy Policy.
6.1 Community Features
Condri may offer community features that let users share posts, replies, and reactions with other Condri users.
Community content is public within Condri. Anything you post in the community is visible to every other Condri user with access to that feature. It is not private or confidential. Posts are pseudonymous, meaning your handle is the only identifier other users see by default, but pseudonymity is not anonymity: details you share about yourself in your posts can identify you. Do not post anything you would not want publicly tied to you. Do not post personal or identifying information about other people.
Other users are not medical professionals. Information, suggestions, or experiences shared by other community members are not medical advice and should not be relied on as such. The disclaimers in Section 8.2 apply equally to peer content.
Loose moderation. Condri may, but is not obligated to, review, moderate, edit, or remove community content. We do not pre-screen posts before they are published. Reliance on any community content is at your own risk.
Reporting harmful content. Each post and reply includes a Report option. Please use it if you see content that breaches these Terms, including harassment, sharing of personal information, medical advice, descriptions of self-harm methods, or other harmful material. We review reports and may remove content, warn, or suspend accounts. We aim to acknowledge reports within a reasonable timeframe but do not guarantee a specific response time. For illegal content, you may also contact us directly at hello@condri.app, which is also our point of contact for the purposes of the EU Digital Services Act and the UK Online Safety Act.
Removal is not erasure. If we remove a post, or you delete your own post or account, we will remove it from our active systems. We cannot retrieve copies that other users may have already seen, screenshotted, quoted, or shared outside the app. Treat community posts as a public broadcast.
Crisis. Condri does not monitor community posts in real time and cannot intervene in an emergency. If you or someone in the community appears to be in crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis line in your country (see our Crisis Support page).
7. Third-Party Services and Links
Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party services, including:
- RevenueCat: For subscription management and payment processing
- Stripe: For payment processing on the web
- Zoom: For delivering live coaching sessions
- Railway: For cloud infrastructure and hosting
- Postmark: For email delivery services
- PostHog (EU region): For product analytics
- Sentry: For error and crash reporting
- Apple App Store and Google Play Store: For app distribution and in-app purchases
Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or policies of third-party services.
8. Disclaimers and Limitations
8.1 Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable Services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We are not responsible for any loss of data, service interruptions, technical errors, or damage to your device resulting from your use of the app. Where local law prohibits the exclusion of certain warranties, this section will apply only to the extent permitted, and your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.
8.2 Not Medical Advice
Condri is not a medical or mental healthcare provider, nor does it claim to be. The app offers educational content, suggestions, and self-guided tools such as journaling prompts and anxiety management exercises. These are designed to support your personal understanding and management of health anxiety but are not intended to replace clinical diagnosis, psychological treatment, or professional mental health services.
Nothing in the app should be interpreted as medical advice. You agree not to rely on any information provided through the app as a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare provider. If you have a mental health condition or any uncertainty about your wellbeing, you should always seek help from a licensed professional. You accept full responsibility for how you choose to use the app, and you understand that Condri is not liable for any emotional, psychological, or behavioral outcomes resulting from its use.
8.3 On AI-Generated Content
Parts of the Condri app may rely on artificial intelligence to provide personalized support and guide you through certain cognitive frameworks. While we design these systems with care and safety in mind, they operate based on probabilistic models and may occasionally provide inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate outputs. The AI does not possess clinical understanding or human judgment, and should not be perceived as a substitute for a therapist or healthcare professional. You agree that you will not treat any AI response as clinical advice, and you understand that Condri is not liable for decisions made in reliance on AI-generated suggestions, lessons, or feedback. We encourage users to use critical judgment and, where needed, seek clarification or professional guidance.
9. Electronic Communications Consent
By creating an account and using the Condri app, you consent to receiving electronic communications from us, including push notifications, email updates, and in-app messages. These communications may include service updates, security alerts, onboarding tips, content recommendations, feature updates, tips about using the app, and important information related to your account or subscription. We send these communications to ensure a smooth and personalized experience while using the app.
Email Communications: By signing up for an account, you agree that we may send you emails about the app, including feature updates, tips, and other relevant information. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in any email we send, or by contacting us at hello@condri.app. Please note that even if you unsubscribe from marketing emails, we may still send you essential service-related communications, such as security alerts, account notifications, and important updates about your subscription.
If you provide your phone number, you may also receive occasional SMS/text messages. These may include optional alerts, feature updates, or promotional offers. Standard carrier charges may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” or contacting us directly.
You acknowledge that electronic communication is not always secure. While we limit the type and sensitivity of information transmitted via unencrypted email or notifications, we cannot guarantee full confidentiality during transmission or storage. For sensitive account matters, we recommend contacting us securely at hello@condri.app.
By continuing to use Condri, you agree that communication with us may primarily take place in electronic form and that such communication meets any legal requirement for written communication under applicable law.
You may request a paper copy of any legally required communications by emailing us. You can also modify your communication preferences or withdraw consent by updating your settings in the app or contacting hello@condri.app. Please note that opting out of essential service-related communications may limit your access to certain app functionalities.
We reserve the right to revise or discontinue our electronic communication practices. If we do so, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
10. Copyright Complaints and Infringement Claims
Condri respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our app to do the same. You may not upload, distribute, or otherwise make available any content on or through the app that you do not have the legal right to use.
If you believe that any content available through Condri infringes your copyright, please notify us at hello@condri.app. Include:
- A description of the work you believe has been infringed
- Where it appears in the app
- Your contact information
- A good faith statement that you believe the use is unauthorized
- A declaration that the information you provide is accurate
Upon receiving a valid claim, we will review the request and take appropriate action, which may include content removal or account restriction.
11. International Use
Condri offers self-guided digital tools for mental health support, such as educational content, exercises, and anxiety management techniques. These tools are intended to complement, not replace, professional mental health care.
Our services are not classified as medical devices and are not intended for the diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, or prevention of mental disorders. If you require medical treatment or are in crisis, please contact a licensed health professional or emergency services in your country.
Access to Condri may be restricted in countries or jurisdictions where such tools are regulated as medical services or otherwise prohibited by law. By using the app, you confirm that doing so is legal in your country of residence.
12. Dispute Resolution
We hope to resolve any concerns you may have without legal action. If you have an issue with the app or our services, please contact us first at hello@condri.app and we’ll do our best to resolve it informally within 30 days.
If we are unable to reach a resolution, then, unless otherwise required by law, any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms, our Products, or Services will be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
This clause does not restrict your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including your right to bring claims before the competent court in your country of residence if required by applicable law.
13. General Terms
13.1 Assignment
Condri may transfer its rights or obligations under these Terms to another company or individual if this does not materially impact your rights. You may not transfer your rights or obligations to anyone else without our written permission.
13.2 Indemnification
To the extent allowed by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Condri, its directors, team members, affiliates, and partners from any third-party claims, losses, damages, or legal fees arising from your misuse of the Products or Services, breach of these Terms, your User Content (including community posts), or violation of any third-party rights. We may assume control of our legal defense if needed, and you agree to cooperate.
13.3 Limitation of Liability
Condri is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (such as lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm) arising out of your use or inability to use our Products and Services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the event, or the maximum amount permitted by law, whichever is less.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer law.
13.4 No Waiver
If we delay or fail to enforce any part of these Terms, that does not mean we waive our right to do so later.
13.5 Force Majeure
Condri is not responsible for failure to perform or unavailability of Products or Services due to events outside our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, power outages, internet failures, or regulatory changes).
13.6 Notices
All notices to Condri must be sent to: hello@condri.app.
We may contact you at the email address linked to your account. Notices will be considered delivered once sent or posted.
13.7 Entire Agreement
These Terms (along with our Privacy Policy and any other referenced documents) make up the entire agreement between you and Condri regarding our Products and Services. They replace any previous agreements or discussions.
13.8 Third Party Rights
Only you and Condri have rights under these Terms. No third party has legal standing to enforce any part of this agreement.
13.9 Severability
If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
13.10 Privacy Policy Link
