The important bit is your User ID. You can find it inside Condri by opening the app and going to Settings.
- Your User ID, found in the Condri app under Settings.
- The email address on your Condri account.
- Where you subscribed: web quiz, Apple App Store, or Google Play.
- Your purchase date, if you know it.
A note on App Store refunds
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, Apple manages the payment and refund decision. Email us anyway if you are unsure, and we will point you to the right place.
For web subscriptions bought through the Condri quiz, we can handle eligible 35-day guarantee refunds directly.
